Essential NuEra Aftercare Instructions

The following aftercare advice is essential to help reduce the risk of treatment complications, improve your healing, and achieve the best possible results from your NuEra skin tightening treatment:

  • Avoid hot environments and heat (saunas, sun beds, intense workouts, hot yoga) for the next 48 hours.
  • Avoid swimming pools for the next 48 hours.
  • Apply SPF50 daily.
  • Avoid using active products (such as retinol, tretinoin, acids, hydroquinone) for 5 to 7 days before and after the treatment.
  • You may experience redness, sensitivity, and swelling for up to 48 hours. If you are concerned about any side effects, please contact us.

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
